Katie most recently served as an Outreach Specialist covering a Pennsylvania territory, where she played a key role in connecting individuals affected by substance use disorders with treatment, recovery support, and community resources. She collaborated with the clinical team to coordinate aftercare referrals, strengthening her knowledge of local resources and building strong relationships throughout Bucks County and the surrounding communities. Additionally, Katie actively engaged with the community, advocated for clients, provided harm reduction education, and developed trusted partnerships with referral sources, service providers, and individuals seeking recovery.

As Outreach Coordinator, Katie plays a key role in expanding Rosewood Recovery's presence throughout the community. She develops and maintains relationships with referral partners, including detoxification, residential, and rehabilitation facilities, to streamline admissions and ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate level of care. Katie represents Rosewood at community events, coordinates networking opportunities, and hosts educational programs that strengthen partnerships and increase awareness of recovery resources across the region. She also supports Rosewood's marketing initiatives by assisting with social media, community outreach campaigns, and educational content. Additionally, Katie spearheads efforts to bring mutual support groups, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Recovery Dharma, into the program. She also coordinates guest speakers who provide clients with education, inspiration, and connections to valuable recovery resources both during and after treatment.

Katie's hobbies include traveling and exploring new places, hiking, relaxing at the beach, discovering new coffee shops, and attending live concerts. She is a devoted dog lover who enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She's also passionate about giving back through volunteer work and advocating for others, especially within the recovery and mental health communities. She finds the greatest fulfillment in building meaningful connections and making a positive impact wherever she can.
