Education
Lori has a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminology from Albright College and received her masters degree from Chestnut Hill College in clinical-counseling psychology with a concentration in trauma studies.
Certificates
Lori is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC).
Experience
Lori has worked in the mental and behavioral health field since 2009. She spent 13 years with a not-for-profit organization, where she developed and refined both her clinical expertise and leadership skills. Beginning her career as a mental health therapist, Lori quickly advanced through a series of promotions, becoming a subject matter expert in substance use disorders and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). In 2018, she was selected to transfer to the organization’s largest Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), and in 2021, she was promoted to Regional Director. Lori has developed and delivered training presentations for Penn State Abington and Middlesex College psychology students, University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice students, and the Business Association of West Parkside. She also speaks, upon request, at Widener University for career counseling classes. She is a skilled presenter and has delivered sessions at both the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB) and the Pennsylvania Association of Addiction Professionals (PAAP) conferences. In addition, Lori has served as an expert witness in litigation matters.
Awards
The quick trajectory Lori’s career took was acknowledged in 2015 being awarded Young Alumni by Albright College. Her advocacy, determination, and passion was further recognized in 2021 when she was named Recovery Champion by the Philadelphia Mayor’s Commission on Addiction and Recovery.
What they do for Rosewood
Lori is responsible for designing the clinical program, ensuring that Rosewood complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and supervising the clinical staff. Additionally, Lori conducts intake assessments and provides both individual, group, and family therapy while supprting the Business Development team. She believes in meeting clients where they are, utilizing basic talk therapy and interpersonal skills to build rapport.

Hobbies
When she’s not working, Lori can often be found curled up with a book, usually with at least one of her pets nearby. She is a super aunt! Lori enjoys being creative and loves paint-by-numbers - you might even spot some of her work around Rosewood. A proud Disney fan and a Hufflepuff through and through, she embraces both magic and imagination in her everyday life.
